October 28, 2008: Mark Passamaneck, PE, is an instructor at the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) annual conference in Long Beach, CA.
October 10-11, 2008: Entropy instructs at “The Latest in Fire Investigation” seminar sponsored by the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
October 8, 2008: Entropy adds Contractor and Architectural designer James Casanova to its Team. James is available to evaluate cases based on standard of care for contractors and architects, provide cost estimates, evaluate construction defect claims, and perform code related investigations related to the building trades.
September 29, 2008: Entropy trains 15 Denver area engineers and fire investigators on the use, safety, and capabilities of its portable digital x-ray equipment.
September 1, 2008: Entropy hires Engineering Technician Roland Paschall. Roland manages Entropy’s evidence storage and laboratory operations.
August 25, 2008: Entropy acquired portable, digital x-ray equipment, which allows Entropy to nondestructively examine evidence in the laboratory or in the field.
August 15, 2008: Steve Knapp represents Entropy Engineering at the annual Denver Claims Golf Tournament at Lone Tree Golf Course.
August 10, 2008: Entropy acquired a high resolution digital microscope for in-house analytical work.
August 1, 2008: Entropy adds Professional Trades Experts Mark Woodfield who is a master plumber and Randy Rankin who is an HVAC contractor, to its Team. These experts are available to evaluate cases based on trade standard of care, provide cost estimates within their trade and perform trade related work on cases that may be involved in litigation.
July 1, 2008: Entropy hires Professional Engineer Steve Knapp as a Project Engineer. Steve is a licensed professional engineer specializing in vehicle accident reconstruction. His expertise extends to automotive control systems and failure analysis, including the determination of vehicle fire cause and origin.
June 14, 2008: Entropy has a new location at 2771 W. Oxford Ave #7, Sheridan, Colorado.
